Our newest star is a gorgeous 2yo filly by More Than Ready. Himself a top 2yo of his generation, he has become one of the most prolific international sires of modern times. Descending from the Halo line he is a refreshing out-cross to most broodmares and he makes the most of it. More Than Ready is the sire of 81 Graded Stakes Winners with 25 Grade 1 winners.

More Than Ready showed such high class brilliance himself that it was almost certain that he would pass this trait on to his offspring and posses the influence that has made him the sire he is today.

His current 13 stakes winners include:
Roy H winner of the $1,500,000 Breeder's Cup Sprint
Rushing Fall winner of the $1,000,000 Breeder's Cup Juvenile fillies turf
Catholic Boy winner of Saratoga's GR3 With Anticipation
Copper Bullet winner of the GR2 Saratoga Special, and
Eagle Way all current Graded Stakes Winners

His runners stay sound and continue to earn at the highest levels with dozens of millionaires! His highest earners More Joyous (NZ) ($4,506,154), Phelan Ready (AUS) ($2,809,560) and Sebring (AUS) ($2,365,522) all classic stayers with the likes and speed of a horse like Verrazano who posted 111 beyers multiple times.

This gorgeous filly is out of the very talented and very sound stakes mare Morning Gallop who ran 39 times with 5 wins, 8 seconds and 5 thirds posting earnings of over $299,000. Again, versatility the key word here, this race mare won at 7 furlongs, a mile and a mile and an 1/8th. She placed in stakes at Belmont Saratoga and Aqueduct with proficiency on all 3 surfaces in all kinds of weather.

She produced a very high class horse in John's Island who inherited her soundness and racing longevity. His 36 starts, 8 wins, 5 seconds and 6 thirds earned him over $400,000 again winning on all 3 NYRA tracks in all kinds of weather no matter what the surface condition. John's Island showing class and determination won at 6 furlongs,  6 1/2, a mile and a mile and a 1/16th. He also placed in Saratoga Stakes races as well as stake races at Beautiful Belmont Park.

Looking a bit deeper into this very high class pedigree, you will notice Morning Gallop's 1/2 sister the very talented Stakes winning Wake Up Kiss produced 2 top class horses: A Shin Forward, a Grade 1 Stakes Winner with earnings of over $3,000,000 and Wake up in Malibu, a Stakes winner of over $400,000. This is also the family of Current NY Sensation Get Jets!

To summarize: Class abounds in this fabulous filly's strong in depth family and this is sure to solidify soundness and longevity in her racing career. It looks like this family tends towards a groomed dirt surface as opposed to turf so the possibilities are endless when it comes to her racing future with many different racing options ahead of us. She should not be limited by distance or weather as her siblings and parents won in all kinds of weather at an array of distances.
This filly is for the person who wants to add something really special to their stable, a horse that will return joy and excitement for years to come
